Jacey Duprie gained a loyal following with Damsel in Dior, the lifestyle blog she launched in 2011. As the years went by, she got married—to real estate developer Grant Leavitt—and had a baby girl, and with that, her career path expanded. In addition to launching an exclusive-to-Nordstrom His & Hers clothing collection earlier this year, Duprie and Leavitt recently embarked on a new adventure: flipping homes. “I like to take bigger risks with home decor that I may not necessarily take with my wardrobe,” she says. “I’ll work with bolder colors and patterns. But it honestly depends on the space.” Here, the couple, who plan to add more L.A.- and Palm Springs-area homes to their portfolio this year, share their favorite spots across the city.

NIGHT OUT “One of our favorite things to do in L.A. over the summer is Cinespia. It’s the best outdoor experience and a great time with friends.”
BRUNCH SPOT “Highly Likely has a Brooklyn feel and is in West Adams, an up-and-coming area. There aren’t many places you can get a great bodega-style sandwich in L.A.”
SHOP TALK “DTLA’s new Dover Street Market is off the beaten path and full of great brands that you can’t find everywhere else.”

PIZZA TIME “Roberta’s in Culver City is my favorite restaurant in Los Angeles. I don’t love salads, but their Little Gem is next level.”
GET GROOMED “I’ve been going to Mèche in Beverly Hills for years. It’s the best for top-notch hair stylists in L.A.”
BEST BOUTIQUE “I’m a longtime lover of Heidi Merrick, and her quintessential DTLA store is in a great location.”
