Next time you dine out, consider one of these dishes for when you want to go all in on pumpkin-enlivened dining.

The Eataly rooftop restaurant is such a fan of pumpkin that it expanded its menu with not one, but two pumpkin-inclusion dishes. For starters, consider the Burrata con Zucca, which comes with housemade burrata, roasted kabocha, radicchio, balsamic vinegar and housemade rustic bread, and for the main event, opt for the Ravioli di Zucca e Tartufo: roasted butternut squash ravioli with butter sage sauce and Urbani black truffle butter.
From savory dinner dishes to night-cap desserts, pumpkin is always a stellar ingredient.
