William’s upscale abode boasts five bedrooms and seven bathrooms in a three-story, Spanish-styled house with scenic views of the city across the valley. The kitchen is made with Bianco Bella polished granite marble countertops, and the formal living room boasts a black-framed custom wood fireplace.

The interior offers plenty of amenities for activity and relaxation, including a wine cellar, a yoga room, a full bar and a gym. Williams' daughter's room is one-of-a-kind, with a hand-blown glass chandelier made by artist Josh Fradis for Olympia. The home also comes with a Control 4 smart home system and a Nest smart temperature control unit.

The exterior is just as extravagant, making the most of its quarter-acre land with a built-in Wolf barbecue and refrigerator on the patio. A Baja-style pool and expansive lawn make it the perfect space for entertaining.
