Summer on Sierra Mar

| June 14, 2017 | Parties

Rochelle Atlas Maize, Executive Director of the Luxury Estate Division at Nourmand & Associates, debuted this iconic estate in the Hollywood Hills just last month. The Summer on Sierra Mar launch party, which was sponsored by Angeleno magazine, was a star-studded event where guests could immerse themselves in a virtual reality demonstration by VR-chitect®. This kickoff-to-Summer soiree featured hand-crafted cocktails and a sushi Chef offering up a delectable spread of raw bites and made-to-order hand-rolls for guests. Set against the stunning Hollywood Hills skyline, guests snapped photos of the gold inflatable seahorse floats that were launched by FUNBOY floats at this very property. As the sun began to set into "magic hour", guests enjoyed a state of the art virtual reality demonstration by VR-chitect® as the twinkling lights began to set on Sierra Mar.

Coinciding with the pocket listing launch of this grand development project was a sneak peak of an exciting new technology, VR-chitect®, which allows the real estate industry to tell a story like never before. The VR concept is produced utilizing drone footage and existing architectural models to create lifelike projections of what architecture and developments will look like. The technology was instrumental in conceptualizing the Sierra Mar Project and will be groundbreaking for properties in construction and in development. This is yet another tool to take the buying and selling experience to the next level of luxury real estate.
