Celebrating its fifth year, the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America Tour is a national culinary program that takes place in ten cities, including Los Angeles, over six weekends each fall. Taste America All-Star and James Beard Award Winner Barbara Lynch of Barbara Lynch Gruppo will collaborate with Local Star and James Beard Nominee Michael Cimarusti of Providence, Pastry Chef and James Beard Award Semi-Finalist Shannon Swindle of Craft Los Angeles, and Host Chef Neal Fraser of Redbird to create a one-of-a-kind four-course dining experience. This unique partnering of culinary greats will also feature a tasting reception, where chefs Johnny and Amanda Zone of Howlin’ Rays, Evan Funke of Felix, Justin Hilbert of Maude, Sara Kramer of Kismet, and David Schlosser of Shibumi will dazzle guests with their culinary artistry.
