The recently opened Crossroads has announced the launch of lunch service on July 15, 2013. Guests will now enjoy new daytime fare and gourmet retail offerings from the talented culinary team. Prominent chef and co-owner Tal Ronnen and Executive Chef Scot Jones inspire the sandwiches, which evoke the simple yet flavorful style of a classic European-style sandwich, all centered on Chef Tal’s exclusive Kite Hill vegan cheese line.
Crossroads’ well-edited new menu includes sandwiches, soups, salads and pastas for a casual lunch on-the-go or for an outdoor picnic spread. The bar menu continues to be curated by James Beard Award winner Jeremy Lake and will include locally sourced beverages such as Spindrift, delicious craft beers, and specialty wines by the glass to enjoy with the sandwiches and lunch fare. In addition, customers will have the opportunity to purchase retail items at the counter including jams, pickles, marinara and Bolognese sauce, and Ronnen’s Kite Hill cheeses.
