Xavier Dean’s life journey is a complicated one, to say the least. From the beginnings of his career as an entrepreneur to his transition to becoming a Hollywood actor, he has faced many challenges. Nonetheless, through his sheer determination and acute business sense, he is now enjoying a lucrative career in both the acting and real estate industries.
The struggle of building an acting career in Hollywood can’t be overstated. Besides acting skills, you need to have the right connections with those in the industry. But Dean fought his way to success in this competitive world, landing several roles in both TV shows and movies. However, he wasn’t always the successful entrepreneur and actor he is today.
When Dean’s family first immigrated to the U.S. in 1972, they lived in poverty together in a small apartment. As the family’s financial situation deteriorated, Dean was forced to move out, and spent a period of time living homeless. The struggles he went through made him determined to improve his future, and he vowed to work hard to that end.
Dean had an interest in fitness, and began his career at the age of 15 working at a local gym. By age 21, he was running a full-fledged fitness business of his own. Around that time, he was also hired at a real estate company run by one of his mentors.
However, in 2008, Xavier’s real estate ventures came to a halt as the housing market in the U.S. collapsed abruptly. He returned to the fitness business but before long, the housing market started to pick up again, giving him new opportunities for success. He founded the Dean Aguilar Group, and later the company Xavier Dean Realty, which currently generates over $350 million in sales annually.
After establishing himself as a real estate expert, Dean made the decision to pursue an acting career. After training as an actor in Los Angeles, he landed his first role in an independent film and continued building his career by acting in an additional four feature films in his first year as a professional actor. He played the lead in critically acclaimed Allaria and Mirror Match, and has appeared in several TV shows including American Dream and Lifestyles.
Dean trained under Anthony Meindl, who played a critical role in shaping the careers of several popular stars. Dean’s other business ventures include starting a consultancy agency, Digital Muse, in 2018.
Naturally, Dean’s success has generated a lot of interest from a variety of notable news publications. He has been interviewed by Bussiness.com, Kivo Daily, Buzzfeed, and Forbes, among others. He frequently shares his knowledge and advice on social media, particularly on Instagram, where he currently has over 1.4 million followers.
Xavier wishes to help and inspire others by showcasing how his ambition and determination have helped him achieve success. He is truly an extraordinary man, constantly proving his worth and giving back to the world by helping and training other aspiring entrepreneurs to achieve the same success as him.
