After a successful day of bouncing between the Americana and the Glendale Galleria, there is nothing like sitting down to a hearty meal.
Just a block north of the Americana, The Brandy— yes, located along Brand Boulevard— is your next great go-to restaurant to cap a long shopping trip. The family business is owned and operated by Hovig and Jizell Chahanian and just recently opened its doors to Angelenos.
“Vision and inspiration for The Brandy was to rejuvenate three critical elements of the modern dining experience: high quality platters, exceptional service and dynamic entertainment,” Hovig said. “We are strong believers in that absolutely nothing is good enough if it can be made better; therefore, we strive for the best in every sector and never compromise one for the others.”
The Brandy is a modern Mediterranean fusion restaurant that elevates its unique dining experience by serving hand-picked wine, craft cocktails and hookah, which you can partake in on the quaint outdoor patio. What’s more, diners can also come in for live music. Club music pulses every night, while Sundays evenings are reserved for live jazz nights in the dining room from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

“We provide outstanding service with speed, quality, and consistency to ensure our community is presented with the experience they deserve,” general manager Robert Arsenyan said.
In addition to the self-described top-tier, individualized service, The Brandy ensures a proper dining experience through its stellar menu. The cultivated selection of items include staple mezze plates like hummus with almonds and chili tahini; roasted brussel sprouts with Nueske bacon, harissa labneh and pine nut gremolata and labneh and olives with pomegranate carrots salsa served with grilled pita bread. For the main course, look to entrees like the charred branzino, hanger steak or pesto fusilli.
Rounding out the menu is The Brandy’s mixology program by bar manager David Arsenyan. Along with the worldwide wine selection, the menu features a number of specialized cocktails. The Shaloma presents a tangy twist on the Paloma, while Ginger Joe’s Mule elevates the traditional cocktail with Giffard Apertif, Han Citrus Soju, Ty Ku Junmai White Sake and peach bitters.
Reservations are now open on Resy. The Brandy is located at 108 N Brand Blvd. 91203
