Built in 1954 and redesigned by Xorin Balbes, the architectural stunner—now listed on the market with Westside Estate Agency’s Carl Gambino—flaunts glass walls, a double-story fireplace and a resortlike courtyard with a pool and fire pit.

Price: $4.495 million

What: This 4,644-square-foot traditional-English-style home owned by Moby for two years is the latest addition to DiCaprio’s portfolio. Acquired last April in a deal by Gwen Banta and Patrick Martin of Sotheby’s, the 1920s property enclosed by evergreens boasts an all-white aesthetic, a yoga loft space and a guest suite with a connecting steam room, pool and spa.
