Over 700 people gathered for Tower Cancer Research Foundation’s 20th anniversary Tower of Hope Gala celebration. Academy Award® nominated actress Laura Linney, cancer survivor, producer and actress Christina Simpkins, and renowned oncologist Dr. Fred Rosenfelt were honored for their commitment to raising awareness about, and ending, cancer. The evening raised nearly $1.2 million and celebrated two decades of cancer focused work with thousands of patients and multiple research grants awarded. Tower provides grants for clinical trials, innovative research, caring patient support and community education to promote more effective treatments for cancer.
