When an esthetician has a more than six-month waiting list for new clients and is 100% referral-based, you know she must be good. And Vanessa Hernandez (vhskincare.com) is great. But the core, must-do menu item is the 60-minute customized facial, which incorporates extractions and a bespoke combination of dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, oxygen therapy, LEDs, VH Skincare’s signature Rosehip Seed Oil Gold Collagen Mask and more. The $400 service includes a 30-minute follow-up appointment one to two weeks later.
Other unique offerings—perfect for starting the new year off right—are the full-body skin treatment and the skincare bootcamp. “We do microdermabrasion head to toe, exfoliating off dead skin cells, followed by a glycolic acid wash,” says Hernandez of the full-body treatment, noting that LED lights, a vitamin emulsion and any other additional client needs are included. The latter service alternates facials, microneedling and lymphatic sculpting massage over six to eight weeks. “This is a game changer,” Hernandez says. “It will totally change your skin.” Sign us up!
