Vic Casanova Opens Gusto Restaurant

Celebrated chef Vic Casanova, former executive chef of Culina at the Four Season Beverly Hills, opens Gusto restaurant on West Third Street located in West Hollywood, California. The 35-seat restaurant offers seasonal Italian cuisine that is both rustic and refined, showcasing Casanova's passion for fresh, robust flavors and precise technique. Inspired by authentic ingredients and what Casanova refers to as "Free-Range Italian," the menu reflects diverse regional influences from Piedmont to Puglia and is inflected with a California sensibility.

Located in the vibrant West Hollywood neighborhood that is home to critically and popularly acclaimed restaurants including Suzanne Goin's AOC, Son of a Gun, and the original Izakaya, Gusto (8432 West 3rd Street) is open for dinner Sunday - Thursday, 5:30 pm - 11:00 pm and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 pm - 11:30 pm.
