The Friends of Robinson Gardens’ Legendary Beverly Hills Garden Tour and Showcase Estate, co-chaired by Maralee Beck, Leslie Kavanaugh, and Jeannie Anderson, was an event to remember. The spectacular private gardens gave a glimpse into the elegance and glamour of old Hollywood.
The Friends honored prominent philanthropist Ron Burkle, as Grand Marshal, graciously accepted by son John. Each room in the mansion was decorated by notable florists and designers, including Carrie Livington, TableArt and Christofle, while the House of An’s “Mama” served tastes in the kitchen. Guests dined on the Great Lawn, while Concierge patrons lunched at tables designed by Mindy Weiss.
Iconic dishes from Beverly Hills legendary restaurants such as Chasen’s Chili and Blum’s Coffee Crunch Cake were enjoyed, as the guests were entertained with a fashion show by Theory.
Adding to the excitement of the day were over 30 boutique merchants and a Treasure Hunt by Nini Jewels. Angeleno’s Modern Moms were among those enjoying the beautiful, floral-filled day… all for a great cause – preserving Virginia Robinson Gardens, Beverly Hills’ public gem.
