THE PARTY Sin City caught a serious case of Chanel fever when the iconic brand’s most fervent devotees descended upon the Wynn Las Vegas to view the invitation-only 10-day exhibit. THE PLAYERS Alan and Susan Casden, Maria Bell, Jacqui Getty, Gia Coppola, Tierney Gearon, Diane Kruger, Dree Hemingway, Elaine Wynn THE HIGHLIGHTS Chartered jets and Chanel logo-emblazoned black SUVs carried almost 200 VIP customers and celebs from across the country—including a major L.A. contingent—to Vegas for the opening of the Numéros Privés installation, celebrating numbers significant to the brand and Gabrielle Chanel’s love of numerology. Evening partygoers found themselves in rooms containing everything from a recreation of Mademoiselle Chanel’s apartment at 31 Rue Cambon to a wall-to-wall space made of No. 5 perfume bottles. Dinner and dancing followed, along with a DJ set by Alexa Chung (which got the likes of Brad Goreski and boyfriend Gary Janetti to their feet) and a rockabilly performance by Imelda May. Each guest left with a parting memento of a pair of Chanel dice. On this night, everyone was clearly already a winner. Photos courtesy of Billy Farrell.
