Since launching her chic ready-to-wear line, A La Russe, in Russia in 2010, Anastasia Romantsova has become known throughout her homeland for her glamorous creations that mix old-world techniques with modern sensibility. Now, she is ready to take Los Angeles by storm. “I fell in love with L.A. at first sight,” Romantsova says of her recent decision to move here. “I smell freedom and calmness.
